Sales Team Leader in Tourism

We are looking for a highly adaptable, fast-reacting leader who remains resilient under pressure and seasonal fluctuations. You will manage people selling across different markets and time zones, each with different motivations, performance levels, and challenges.

Compensation
Commission-only compensation. First year: ~USD 15,000; second year: ~USD 20,000; thereafter negotiable.
Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute sales strategies
Optimize sales workflows
Identify bottlenecks and resolve them through automation and improvements
Manage sales team performance across all time zones using KPIs
Handle underperformance, tension, and conflicts professionally and constructively
Make confident decisions with incomplete or changing information
Key Requirements
C2 English proficiency
Must be located in Bolivia
1+ years of experience managing teams
3+ years of experience in sales
A Strong Plus
Experience in tourism, travel platforms, OTAs.
