Bilingual sales and lead management specialist Remote in English
-Contact inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and email to introduce company services and qualify prospects
-Explain credit repair services clearly and professionally to potential clients
-Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process
-Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to enroll immediately
-Maintain accurate and organized records of all lead interactions in CRM/database
-Track lead progress and update statuses accordingly
-Schedule appointments/consultations when necessary
-Assist in managing the company?s lead pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed
-Collaborate directly with management regarding lead quality, customer feedback, and sales performance
-Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion goals
